Watering and proper cut height is a must. It will usually bounce back quickly. Lawns are resilient.

Dog poo....YUCK!! Nothing worse than cutting a yard and finding land mines under the overgrown grass. The equipment smells horrible for weeks after... No matter how much you wash it off. Yuck yuck yuck...
